The space
The apartment spans two generous floors — three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a separate WC. There's room to breathe here, with proper space for up to 8 guests to live comfortably rather than just sleep.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper family meal. A Juliet balcony, Smart TV, luxury bedding, and a Nespresso machine come as standard. The building has lift access throughout.

Guest access
Full private use of the entire duplex — all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas across both floors. Lift access to the apartment. No shared spaces.

Other things to note
This home is monitored for noise. House rules are in place to protect the property and the building.

Keys: 24/7 secure collection point, 12 mins walk (due to building management restrictions, we are unable to install a lock box at the property).

The apartment spans two floors connected by a private staircase. On the upper floor, a large magnetic door separates the bedroom wing — press the wall switch only when ready to close. The door is heavy and opens outwards. It is not a light switch.

Luggage should be taken to the upper floor via the building lift. Please avoid dragging cases across the lower floor.

A Ring doorbell camera operates at the entrance for security purposes. Footage is not retained beyond 24 hours in line with GDPR.

House Rules

No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am and are strictly observed. Maximum occupancy is 8 — no exceptions. Violations result in immediate cancellation without refund.
