Please Note: The apartment is located on the first floor and accessed via a staircase (several short flights, no lift). Please consider this if you have heavy luggage or mobility needs.

• Security & Privacy: Your privacy is our priority. There are no interior cameras. A single external Ring doorbell operates at the building entrance for security purposes. Guest data is collected for security compliance and deleted post-check-in per GDPR requirements.
• Flexible Hosting: Early check-in and late checkout options are available upon request to suit your travel schedule.

We are located in a peaceful, quiet residential building and we welcome guests who share our standards.

• Strictly No Parties or Events.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (the home is monitored for noise).
• Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests maximum (strictly enforced).

Violations of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.
